bio

I grew up with an intense passion for movement and the benefits it brought into my life. At the age of 3 I took my first dance lesson offered by the preschool I attended and never looked back! Dance became my entire life. Fresh out of high school I moved to North Hollywood, CA to pursue my dance career. This crazy amazing experience helped me to meet the woman I was growing into and introduced me to things I never knew were going to turn into major parts of my life.

In 2015, on some-what of a whim, I ended up in Seattle. BEST DECISION EVER! From a rocky beginning blossomed this amazing new path for me! My yoga practice became more and more frequent and I eventually took the plunge into a 200hr certification program.

I have come to understand and welcome that leadership is just in my soul. I have always known that passing on incredible knowledge that I have learned and embodied to different groups of people would be the most fulfilling reward in my life! It excites me so much to now have the tools and the practice to share with you all. My vinyasa style tends to be full of fluid and introspective movement while always having a playful undertone. My hope is that you always leave class with a newfound perspective and a growing glow of your heart.
